Actually I didnt know about NEUTRAX till they email me and yes they giving me few bottle for trial. I suppose to try both together but then I couldnt put on the external one cause it is oily as my face get oily easily so I was planning to put it before i went to bed but than I always fall asleep before doing that. This is how the coconut oil look like, you see nothing? LOL it is actually colorless and clear transparent like water but this is oil not watery. I haven seen much difference yet since I only consume it for 1-2weeks only and I sometime skipped it due forgot. I don't have continuous joint pain so I can't said it heal any joint pain yet. A back way post here, which I should ne blogging it last year Octorber. LOL Here the first post which I didnt reveal what I bought [ Toki Choi ] Anyway, here is what I bought from Toki Choi;

I bought one top, one pant and two outer, dont ask me about the price cause I really forgot about how much I bought but really cheap cause 50% sales ma.

This is the pant/short I bought it actually longer than this, Cause it look weird on me so I rolled up the edge. High waisted ripped denim with skinny belt. Quality is not really bad but compare to other denim this is a little thinner but it is really comfortable and really nice especially I love how the ripped go, the belt hmmm I couldnt remember it come with the short or it belong to myself but the leather started to torn off and it look like it gonna tear into two pieces.

The two-tone hoodie denim outer this is my favorite of all comfy and suitable for anytime anywhere, not too thick just right for this weather in Malaysia. Most importantly the hoodie is detachable! So wear it with or without the hoodie.

Two-tone drawstring windbreaker; no link for this due to they removed the stock. Light and comfy but not really warming in a cold place. But the quality really good.

I actually bought 4 pieces but the other one I didnt get the change to take a OOTD so no photo and no link cause sold out and they removed the link. Anyway overall Toki Choi was good, their stuff really pretty and sweet, the quality is fine some are okay some really good. As for the price range quite expensive like you might found a windbreaker for RM100+++ and it doesn't look special.

If you ask me I will purchase again if they having big sales. LOL

You know why Im a lifestyle blogger and not foodie blogger? Because I have no sense of food direction, I only eat and most of the food I ate was bought by friends or friends told me about it. This is my very first time discover this place by myself searching on Internet. LOL!

My friends always ask me what nice to eat at Puchong since you grown up there and my answer always the same "Idk I dont eat outside, my house just right there why do I still wasting my money eating outside." Now I wanna tell my friend there are something nice to eat near by my house. LOL

As what my title written, Banhmi the Vietnamese baguette. Was planning to go for breakfast but were there quite late almost finish brunch hour but it is still full and we waited for 30-45mins for table. We was planning go to other places instead waiting and no one wanna layan us but lucky we did not go away.

I always the one who make decision my boy never make decision. So I order cold and a hot beverage;

Hot Cafe Sua Nong / Hot Vietnam coffee - RM3.80 for quite small cup like few sip only.

I dont really like coffee but I like the fragrance but my boy like it. It really bitter and quite nice, really kao as Chinese will said. You can choose cold coffee if you dont like hot one.

Chee Ba Ba - RM4

It look like our cendol and taste like Red Bean ice blended but with cendol in it. Really nice and suit the hot weather here, not too sweet and this is how it look like as it served. Picture is not taken half way drinking. 

I feel so greedy to order so much just because I wanna taste it.

Nuoi Suon - RM7.90 

Basically it is Pork ribs soup macaroni, Macaroni is my favorite pasta no reason just love it. This is just normal and must finish it while still hot. 

Gui Cuong - RM4

Something look like popiah but an invisible version plus it is cucumber, coriander leaf香菜, barbecued pork叉烧 and vermicelli米粉. If you just eat like this it just tasteless, but this come with some sauce and I didnt took a photo of the sauce LOL! I love this one but my boy hate it cause the coriander leaf. If you going there must try if you like coriander leaf.

Here the main reason you should que, it worth the time I dont mind going again and wait for this.

Banhmi, Vietnamese baguette. As I said Im greeedy and wanna try most of it and I choose 3 out of so many.

Front; Banh Mi Thit Heo Nuong (BBQ Ham/Pork)- RM6.80

Banh Mi Thit Hun Khoi (Bacon) - RM7

The Banh mi really nice, really a must try there. The Baguette really crispy outside and soft inside. Both the bacon and ham really nice just the fried eggs normal. You can actually order for a empty baguette only and can also come for take away if you cant get a table.

Total we ate that day, not even RM40

I will come again just for the Banhmi/Baguette or the coffee but by take away only because really hard to get a table there really crowded especially weekend. That area are full of  Vietnamese and this shop run by Vietnamese, look like Vietnamese got privilege they will first served them eventhou they came after you.

Their service are quite slow and bad. Do not expecting for cooling, big and high class restaurant cause it is just a small shop with not more than 10 tables or maybe 12 tables. People around there mostly are those beng kia(gangster) type of people. I was having my food and this fellow came in and accidentally kicked my chair and my side of table, he did not apologize still looking at me with a very cocky face!! WTF! Feel like slapping him and my boy was quite angry what he had done. My boy said even they free eat also wont go again. SUPER BAD TEMP =_=

I think is a really affordable and nice foods but not a really good environment.

Know what people always said " Haters hate" and no one really care about you. Not like I have a haters since I'm not famous anyway, I'm just a random blogger who love blog about my life. Blogging is not my full time job is just part of my hobby and I do have my big blogger idol like a real idol which I will keep on reading her blog, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube or even news about her. Like those which I hope one day I might be like her but it just a hope. hahahah!

And she's the very famous Singaporean blogger XiaXue (Wendy or YenYen), who husband is a charming angmo engineer and an adorable cute baby Dash or Dashiel or BeiBei their family called.

The way she blog and writing everything she dislike or like is how much we people like her and like reading her blog. I used to read a quite famous local Malaysian female blogger but then I stopped because of her not so nice attitude, although she look sweet and pretty but bitch please. Pass month only I know she going the same gym centre I went and what I saw is she and one of her maciam yes friend conquering the warm up area by themselves (this mean only 2 of them) just for their small cardio routine. By the word conquering mean they actually took the whole place and left no place for other to do their warm up or cool down exercise, you get what I mean?

Me and my gym partner have to like look pathetically take the mat and find ourselves a small corner to do our cool down exercises. They didn't even bother to give us half of the space but continue conquering the area even more!! I was like WTF I used to read you blog and thought you are a very sweet lady.

I also saw some other member who came and saw no place for them to warm up/cool down they just have to use the exercise machine bench to do it. While the two fake-sweet-looking-lady sitting on the bench chit chatting happy. Whatthehell happen to you brains ladies! I know this is so not related to the post but who care this my blog, I blog whatever I want.

They wasted my 30 minutes that day for just standing there waiting them to finished up their lazy workout.

Last week I went over for a food taste of some home-cook Penang dishes, so let make it short since it is about foods it will be all foods photo.

First to serve; Famous in Penang or in Malaysia fruits rojak, one of my favour stuff. Simple ingredient fruits, mash peanuts powder and of course the main sauce. The sauce not really thick just right not too spicy or too sweet and I like the peanuts powder, I actually prefer powder than those crunch peanuts. As Malaysian the stuff in fruits rojak will be; cucumber, sengkuang, pineapple, young papaya, young green mangoes and prawn crackers but at here they put in green apple and replace crackers to Chinese oil sticks but crunchier not the soft oil stick, different kind of taste.

This plate of Penang Rojak cost RM5 only which I think quite reasonable.

Hokkien Char ; Hokkien fried mee RM7.90. The special part is the chili paste, MUST TRY and dont say I didnt warn. It really spicy but quite nice, if you like spicy you will like the chili paste.

Aunty Chicken Chop; RM12.90 come with fries and salad. Simple chicken chop but taste good and something new. The chicken chop really crispy which I really really love it and for the sauce, it is not black pepper, red sauce or mushroom sauce; it is Baked beans sauce. Taste good and new, who will think of mashing the baked beans and make it into sauce. *clap clap for aunty chicken chop*

After having chicken and rich we shall have a bit of rich and fish; Three Tastes Fish 三味鱼 RM8.90 come with rice and fried egg. Why three taste? Because the sauce taste sweet, sour and spicy which really appetizing.

Last dish; Penang Mamak Mee RM7.90, more on home or aunty style mamak mee. Mamak fried noodle used to be dry, spicy and slightly scorched but here it is a bit thick, not so spicy and no scorched.  

Beverages we had Mocha Oreo ice blended RM5.50 and Eight Treasure Drinks八宝茶RM2 for hot and Rm2.30 for cold.

Fusion of Mocha with Orea cookie not bad can give a try, not too sweat just right and only RM5.50 I think most places selling it for RM7-RM9 per glass.

Eight Treasure八宝茶; Chinese traditional herb drinks come in hot or cold your choice. A bit sweet for me but it is good to drink when it is really hot weather.

Above foods are cook by Aunty Chef mother of a Malaysian actress Lim Ching Miao林静苗(miao miao). She and her mom open this cafe and bring in the taste of Penang mom home cook style into KL city.

Name of the cafe is 95tap8 I'm Chef 我是煮人, 95tap8 is actually a translate from Cantonese which mean talking none related issue or talk nonsense in a simple explaination. The cafe located in the building of Asia Tropical Film Sdn Bhd;
