A Second Skin For Your Devices - Skin Plus

As what headline wrote introducing a second skin for your devices. Which mean an extra protection on your devices, any devices you wanna protect from scratches. Eg ; Phone, laptop, camera or even your vape.

It is not just a protection sticker or those you get at night market for RM10 which easily peeled of after 2-3months, it is a skin wrap which wrap every inch of you devices, it can protect even near by the charging hole, speaker hole and etc holes/edge/gap which your devices have.

I just got mine from Skin Plus Malaysia yesterday night and I decided to post it out today cause they are having Merdeka promo 20% offer but it end on 31st Aug 2016 which mean tomorrow is the last chance for you to get the 20% off. 

Did for my iPhone 6s and I created/combined my own design with my name on it because I very leceh (troublesome in Malay), dont really like bumping same design with other. I want something sweet yet cool (Cantonese we call it YENG) so I choose colorful watercolor base with some flowers (which many people might not know I like vintage style) and an unicorn (for some reason I feel a bit extra to put it there LOL) to representing sweet and a cool skull. Fyi, the skull and the unicorn are not created by me, I search all over the internet to get the vector of a watercolor unicorn and watercolor skull flower.
Then I send the FA (final art) file over to them to confirm my design and to make sure it is usable, before I head over to their store. Always remember to call over for appointment, they might be fully booking or many on queue which you have to wait much more longer for your turn. One wrapping take around 45mins plus minus depending on how big your devices. You know what people always said "Good thing have to wait"

While waiting for my phone new skin, a bit of sneak peak just to show you how they wrap it.

Here the outcome of my iPhone second skin by Steffy (Pretty and sweet girl but sorry guy not avaible) - Skin Plus Malaysia. Do take noted ya all skin are semi transparent which mean the logo or any original printing on the phone are still visible. You can just request how you want it to but or not to block by the logo of your devices, how and how.

All the gap or area which easy scratched are all wrapped nicely, even the round edge is not a problem for them. The charging part are most common place where scractches can be, dont believe me? Try go over some Machine store or maybe Samsung store see their display, most scratched area is the charging area.

The Pros

 - It protect your phone, prevent scratches from every edges.
- If your device already got many scratch you can also replace it by giving it a second skin.
- You can have your own one and only designed phone/devices as you like, even with your name on.
- You phone can be shirtless now, phone getting slimmer to become more convenient for human but we always cover it with cases but after the wrapping can let your phone to be caseless.
- It last longer compare to those you purchase from  pasar malam (night market), although it is cheap like RM10-RM20 but it doesnt last then no point.

The Cons - when come to pros there always cons cause they are bff.

 - It doesnt prevent dent, which mean it still will dent if you drop or hard knocked on your devices.

Hugos by Modestos - Damansara Perdana

Last Thursday was invited to a food & drink testing at Hugos by Modestos in Damansara Perdana.

Hugos by Modestos concept

Trendy fine-dining restaurant, fascinating decor (colorful furniture and decor) and a chic setting in a cozy ambiance, illuminated bar (the dining area do come with a small bar which serve alcohol) and the first of its kind "al-fresco" seating and dining area. Their chair are really comfortable, if it come with a place to rest my arm would be best! hahaha *lazy people problem*

They have a big space with high ceilings which is quite comfortable and lesser the disturbing chit chatting noises from the next table, plus no more apologizing if your chair bumped other diner chair and full height glass windows which diner can have a great night view while having their meal. An ideal venue to have company event/lunch, small gathering or throw a private party. 

Hugos by Modestos serve local , regional and international cuisine. btw Hugos by Modestos is not only a dining place, it have bar/a place to chill out/poolside bar. You can have a small drink with your friends or family, with live band singing while you enjoying your drinks.

The table setting

The food is here ;
Starting with the Western Starter, Creamy Sauteed Chicken Breast (RM29) ; Free range chicken in creamy garlic and paprika sauce.

It was quite nice, the chicken breast wasnt rough or dry like those we normally eat and the sauce is really nice. Four of us (me and my +3) was so hungry and it is so appetizing we were fighting for the chicken, we almost drank the sauce too. The salad was really really nice. I like the dressing and super appetizing, we emptied the plate in just a minute.

Second starter Bruschetta (RM17) ; Diced tomatoes, garlic & olive oil on garden farm bread. Was quite excited for this because somehow I have the love hate relation with bread and I love france bread (baguette).

A little disappointed, the bread is quite soft I prefer crunchy type but the topping is really nice just a little too much of olive oil, it soaked into the bread, I dont like soaked bread but still the topping itself is really nice.

Next the Soup, Zuppa Di Pesce Misto (RM18) ; Mix seafood in prawn Bisque. 

My first expression was seafood borscht soup but till I have my first sip I cannot stop drinking. It is not borscht soup (sorry soup, for mistaken you as borscht) and it is way better tastier than borscht. The soup is full of prawn essence and it is really really really omg! Give me whole pot I can drink everything. It have a small spiciness and a little bit of sweetness and many many many prawn essence. I love seafood! But the prawn are overly cooked properly used to boiled the soup, that explain where the strong prawn taste came from.

Here come the pasta, Spaghetti Aglio E Olio (RM22) ; Toasted garlic, extra virgin oil and fresh chillies add prawn.

I not a fans of aglio olio pasta because I tried many places aglio olio it is either very oily or very dry. But Hugos by Modestos aglio e olio not that bad, not too dry or too oily and bearable spiciness. Still i prefer cream pasta.

Western Main, Scaloppina Di Pollo Al Funghi (RM40) ; Pan fried chicken breast with creamy muchroom.

The sauce is okay and the meat is tender, if you want me to rate this I will give around 3/5 stars for this. The losing point is because the marshed potatoes not solid enough, how do I describe ermmm hmmm okay example you use fork to scoop the marshed potatoes normally you can scoop it up but their mashed potatoes cant scoop it cause not solid enough. Okay I think everyone should understand. LOL

Last dish before dessert, everyone favorite ; Pizza, Tonno E Cipolle (RM22) ; Tomatoes, mozzarella, tuna & onions.

This is the BOOM a MUST order!! Really nice the crust not too thin just right and crunchy, if the topping can top more cheese it will be heaven!! The topping itself is really nice, simple ingredient but taste heavenly. We were all fighting for the last piece.

End of our meal dessert, Tiramisu Modestos (RM22) ; Mascarpone, espresso, coffee liquor and sponge cake.

Tiramisu is their signature dish but it is quite disappointed, it doesnt taste like how it look. The taste is not that bad but the cake not that smooth, which one of the layer (not sure it is cream or ice cream) have ice shave bite. Is like melted ice cream then put it back into freezer and it foam into ice shave but not ice cream, if you get what I mean.

But the cream is really smooth and not too sweet. I like the cream.

They also serve us Mojito (RM26) ; Bacardi, Brown sugar, mint leave, lime and soda

Refreshing cocktail, mojito can never go wrong. The minty soury taste do suit my taste bud. So far the best I had, very mild alcohol taste but it still heat inside. I can drink many glass of this.

This is end of our food tasting journey in Hugos by Modestos, foods filled up 4pax which we share all the foods. The portion might look small but it can fill up 2 ladies and 2 guys.


The environment is really comfortable and cozy, which we can chat freely. The live band outside will not disturb your dining. After your dinner you and your friends wanna have a light drink you can just go to their bar, you dont have to think for another second round place, convenient.

Opinion and review are base on my own opinion, you can trust or dont trust my review. When it come to foods and drinks, everyone have their own favorite. I might not like it but you might like it, I might like it but doesnt mean you will like it.

Magic Water - WeCoMed

As everyone may know Im a really lazy person, when it come to skin care I am still lazy thats why I always prefer face mist to moisturizer compare to gel/cream moisturizer. I started using mist and I cant stop using because it is really easy to use, especially when Im in a rush I can just spray onto my face and go out. The packaging somehow doesnt look like a skincare products but more likely a hairspray to me.

How to use

Pokemon Go Officiall - Fix for GPS Signal Not Found (IOS)

Yes it is finally officially in Malaysia!! Quick faster go download it, click in below link for downloading ; 


So I downloaded and started to play a minute ago and this problem occur (GPS Signal not found) and I tried on and off the app and also restart my phone and the problem is still there. This is how it look like, the red bar sticking there and you are stand in nowhere ;

So I searched for a fix for the problem and I got this from youtube (GPS Signal Not Found Pokemon Go FIX - iOS and Andriod) You watch and follow step by step and it is really easy and fast or scroll down and follow step by step with my photo guide.

Firstly, Go to Setting.

 Go into General and scroll all the way down till you see Reset

After get into Reset you will say Reset Network Settings, just press it and you have to type in your passcode then it will reset your network/location and restart your phone by itself.

No worries cause it will not delete any contact, apps or photo, nothing change except you wifi might need to re-login. If it really removing anything, mine will be empty now but no. After it restart now you can start playing your Pokemon Go.

Enjoy your game and catch more Pokemon!!! Remember watch your steps when playing and do not play while driving it is really dangerous, If you wanna die please do not bang human go bang some light pole or tree or traffic pole or maybe wall but not humans or animals.

Play safe. LOL Sound so wrong anyway, play safe.
