Arrived

It arrived!! What arrived!? That thing arrived!!! Scroll down to see what it is. They packed it with care so it won't break while being delivery to my house. With many papers and layers of bubbles wrap. They are really generous by giving me two, in the beginning I thought they giving me one but it come in two boxes! LOL

Taaadaa~ My photo on mug is here!! Two lovely mug with my lovely family photo while we are at Taiwan and another with me and my bfy photo we took while i visit him at JB.
Some close-up of the printing, it quite nice. It is exactly the photo I sent them, I mean by the quality/resolution of the photo.
 First mug, I only send them the photo those additional graphic are from Tboox themselves.

Second mug, same I only gave them the photo other design and graphic are made by Tboox. The logo is a must be there I think or you may request them not to put in, I think. Not sure they will accept own design graphic or not.

Lovely mug right!!! I not gonna use it, I will keep it. I quite regret I used the 21st birthday mug because it look like it gonna break how sad. Anyway if interested to get this mug, here the link; Personalized mug

Every Ladies Love their skin

 There's this morning I woke up I saw this parcel next to my bed!! Yes next to my bed, not because I sleep with my post box or the postmen came into my room or what is because my family used to put all my parcel on my bed if they sign it on. 

I was first surprise because I don't remember buying anything online till I saw the sender name! hahah! it is from HiShop.my mean my MASKS is here!! #immahappygirl 

This how the box look like, in cute and feminine color of pink. idk why I love box I always keep nice boxes I don't throw them unless I found another box to replace them. This pink box is now for me to keep mine masks. On top of it written HiSHOP - Making Beauty Accessible, hell yeah! 

Beside the box you can see four symbols stated; COD - Cash On Delivery, Free Deliver over RM50, 100% Secure payment & PROMOTION. hahaah! Basically stated all their goods here.

Here what is inside the box! B-liv by Cellnique - Abosolute Matte masks and of course a cash voucher. It is clarifying mask with active charcoal mask sheet (Refreshing type). For oiliness, main benefits: Oil Control + Clarifying + Hydrating. Just right for me, I got oily nose and I hate it.

But sorry readers, am not reviewing about the mask today because I haven yet try the mask. Definitely will blog about the mask after I tried it first. As I know b-liv product are quite good especially their Off With Those Heads - Blackpores Sebum Gel; my friends used and said it is really effective.

Anyway, this my first time got product from b-liv by Cellnique. Shall I try it tonight?! hmmmm can be consider. So be patience and wait for it. =)

The survey poll is from Ensurvey, this is their improven gadget with more beautiful infograph. for now the result is 50/50 for will and will not paddle to charge up their mobile. People please don't lazy!!!! Paddling is healthy just like sitting in the gym so support paddling!! Really Unbelievable that 30% of people don't support recycling! Why Why Why don't support! People please start support recycling if you don't want hot weather. *sigh*

Don't you think finding a birthday gift is the hardest thing!? It is harder than go exam or go work, is like go shopping whole day and you won't found a thing you like it or suit your friends. Don't you feel the same? If you're same as me this is a good post for you. This can be a new place for you to purchase your gift for your friends and the best is you don't have to walk out of your house to but it!!! This might not be the new tech or new shop or the only shop having this but it is easy and fastest way we can get a present without moving a inch of your muscle. Taadaaaa~~~~ LOL! Okay obvious this is not the mug because I saw my 21st Birthday cake while flipping to find the mug photo! So just wanna show off my cake!! with all my photo on it. SUPER VAIN!
 
 
This the real one! Don't you think it is so CUTE! I'm don't really like pink but with my face on it everything look nice!! hahahaha The other side is Hello Kitty with my name on it. fyi this is a gift from my friend so idk where he got this for me and this is not from Tboox. I repeat it is not from Tboox.

Are you HOT or COLD?!

Do you know that we Chinese actually categorized foods into 3 categories; Hot, Cold or Neutral property. That's not all, we human body as well categorized into 3 property same as the foods. But how much do you know about your own body and the foods you consuming?!
 
Here is why I'm blogging it right now so I could spread this out to people who might not knowing it or people who know but don't know what type property their body. Continue reading to understand more and get to the HOT-COLD property of your foods.
 
Understand the property.
 
The HOT;
 
If you have a hot body type do pair hot foods with cold foods. While warm foods are usually more gentle. Do note that everyone all time favourite; Chocolate can cause gastrointestinal acid reflux gas and thus abdominal pain.
 
The NEUTRAL;
 
Neutral foods are suitable all year round, and for both body types. Neutral foods can help in improving your spleen, appetite and maintain health in general.
 
And lastly the COLD;
 
Cold foods can purge the excess of heat from your body and detoxify. Pair cold foods with hot foods like chili or ginger. Note; Food high in acid such as tomato and lemon are prone to causing acid reflux.

How to determine your body type.
 
Ask yourself few question to know which body type you are.
 
  1. Do you suffer from dry eyes, skin or throat?
  2. Are you always thirsty, especially for cold water?
  3. Do you have a rapid heart beat?
  4. Are your body to the touch?
  5. Is your breathing hard and loud?
If above question almost of your answer is YES you are Hot person, then you should choose the combination of Cooling and Neutral recipes.
 
  1. Do you have a slow heart rate?
  2. Do you often have cold extremities?
  3. Do you prefer hot drink; Sweet, salty, crunchy food?
  4. Do you have shallow or weak breathing?
If more YES, you're COLD person, you should choose combination of Warming and Neutral recipes.
 
So now you get what property you are and how to deal with your diet accordingly? Hope you all can understand and know trough the diagram.
